Killarney Creek is a Detroit-based family band who has been playing Irish and American folk music together since early 2009. The band consists of Stephen Rahrig (lead vocals and mandolin), Travis Hammon (banjo, Irish flute and backing vocals) and Mark Rahrig (acoustic guitar, harmonica and backing vocals). Stephen and Travis have played in various bands in the Detroit metropolitan area for over 10 years. Mark has played folk music in Michigan for over 40 years. All are multi-talented musicians and songwriters who together create a musical experience that is unique and a whole lot of fun. Killarney Creek’s live performances are well suited for all age groups and can be customized for specific audiences.
